Below you will find the most frequently asked questions. If you do not find a suitable answer to your personal request, we are at your disposal.
The apartment is available from 16.00h onwards. The keys for apartments in St. Moritz, Samedan and Pontresina can be collected at our office at Via Maistra 41 in St. Moritz-Dorf. In Celerina the handover of the keys will be communicated separately.
If you arrive after our opening hours or by public transport, please inform us. We will organize the handover of keys accordingly.
You will receive an email with your personal information one week before arrival. Additionally you will get a link to your guest app (All information about the apartment and region).
Please contact us 2-3 days before departure to arrange an appointment for the keyhandover. According to your booking confirmation, we ask you to leave the apartment by 09:30h at the latest.
Please leave the apartment as you leave your personal home. On the day of departure there must be no waste bags/empties/paper in the apartment. The waste must be disposed of in official RED bags. Single red bags can be purchased at any grocery store at the checkout counters. The dishes must be washed and stored away.
Your booking includes one set of bed linen/towels per registered person. The beds are made for you upon arrival. If you would like additional towels or bed linen, you can order this for an additional charge or add it directly upon booking.
Included in your booking is a final cleaning by our professional cleaning company. If you wish to have an intermediate cleaning during your stay, you are welcome to book this (CHF 45.- per hour including journey and VAT). For organisational reasons we ask you to order this at least 2 days in advance.
Each kitchen is equipped with basic equipment. This includes:
- Pots and pans
- Kettle
- Coffee machine
- Tableware, cutlery, glasses and cups
- Kitchen knives and other cooking utensils like spatulas etc.
- Starter kit with washing detergent, dishwashing tabs, sponge and a chargeable waste bag.
- Drying towel and cloth
For hygienic reasons we are not allowed to provide salt, pepper and oil. This you can buy in the nearby grocery stores.
Most apartments should have either Raclette or Fondue. If this is essential for you, please ask us in advance if your apartment is equipped with such.
The apartments are well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Each apartment has a vacuum cleaner and a small stock of cleaning utensils. In the bathrooms you will find at least one hairdryer and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. A starterkit of soap is provided.
All apartments have internet and TV.
We ask you to document any major defects when you move into the apartment and to inform us by phone or e-mail. If you damage anything, it is important that you notify us immediately to avoid any inconvenience later. Smoking is NOT permitted in all apartments!
Ski tickets for the Engadine mountain can be booked via the dynamic pricing model “Snow-Deal”. To get the best price, please do not forget to buy your ski tickets as early as possible in the online store “Snow Deal”. This is the cheapest option for skiing for holiday apartment guests.
As protection for the owner and us as an agency, we require a damage deposit. The amount is individual per apartment. The deposit will be blocked on your credit card upon registration in the office or will be made by bank transfer in advance (no cash payment). If you arrive outside our office hours, please call us for credit card details.. After departure and inspection of the apartment, the reserved amount will be released or transferred back within 7 days.
Pets are allowed in certain apartments. Please ask in any case to bring your four legged friend into the apartment. As additional cleaning effort we charge CHF 10.-/day per pet.
