The bright living room and spacious, modern kitchen form the heart of the house. Each of the three bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has its own terrace with beautiful views, while a further terrace invites you to relax and unwind. Please note that there is no lift in the house. The sunny location is particularly appealing: even in February, you can enjoy sitting comfortably on the terrace in the afternoon sunshine while taking in the impressive views.

Great attention has also been paid to comfort and quality throughout the property. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality kitchenware, a Thermomix and a Quooker providing hot and sparkling water. High-quality tableware as well as bed and bathroom linen complete the exclusive furnishings. A practical ski boot dryer is also available for winter sports enthusiasts.

For relaxation and regeneration at the highest level, the property offers a private, high-end fitness room, an elegant steam bath and a private sauna. This exclusive wellness area combines contemporary design with soothing relaxation – ideal for recharging your batteries after an active day on the ski slopes of the Engadin.

The bus stop for St. Moritz, Pontresina and the Marguns ski area is just a few metres away, with services every 30 minutes. The cross-country ski trails can also be reached within approximately five minutes on foot. Walking and hiking trails are likewise located in the immediate vicinity.

For guests travelling by car, a garage and an outdoor parking space directly in front of the garage are available, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay at this holiday home in the Engadin.
