Bei "La Feda" handelt es sich in jeglicher Hinsicht um eine aussergewöhnliche Wohnung. Sie ist einerseits sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt anderseits über einen hohen Ausbaustandard. Die Lage und die beiden Balkone runden das hervorragende Gesamtbild ab. Aufgrund der räumlichen Anordnung eignet sie sich bestens für zwei Parteien.
